Can I cancel whenever I want? Do you offer refunds?
Yes — you can cancel your subscription anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Token packs are non-refundable. Credits stay in your account until you spend them.
How does Pro Lifetime work?
Pro Lifetime is a one-time payment for permanent Pro-tier access. We cap it at 10 slots ever — once they're claimed, the offer is gone forever.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrades (e.g. Pro → Max) take effect immediately. Downgrades wait until the end of your current billing period so you don't lose value you've already paid for.
What happens to my projects if I downgrade?
Nothing — your existing projects stay published and accessible at the same URLs no matter which tier you move to. The project cap is enforced at create time, so dropping from Max (20 projects) to Pro (5) means you can't publish new projects until you're back under the cap, but the ones already live keep running.
